Flow Yoga

Active class. Classical yoga poses. Sun Salutations. Pranayama (Breath work). You should be in good physical health. Prepare to move your body, relax your mind. Suitable for most - please contact us directly if you have specific injuries you would like to discuss.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is complete relaxation. Fully propped seated and supine (lying) postures to relax and unwind. Cultivate deep relaxation / sleep. Suitable for All.

 

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle, quietly powerful practice, suitable for all levels. The postures are all practiced (seated & lying) on the floor, staying in each from 3 to 5 minutes while relaxing the muscles. Yin Yoga targets our body’s connective tissue, improving the mobility and health of our joints in the hips, pelvis and spine. It provides wonderful balancing and restorative qualities to our very “yang” lifestyles.
