Restorative yoga is a combination of fully propped lying & seated postures to support your body so that deep relaxation can occur. Just two hours of constructive rest can have a profound effect on the body physically, mentally & emotionally. Stimulating the para-sympathetic nervous system in such a gentle way facilitates healing. This workshop is suitable for all. No yoga experience necessary.
